ANS Policies and Procedures (PDF)
The Policies and Procedures as outlined in this manual govern collocation, managed services and/or peering participation at all ANS facilities. These Policies are designed to ensure that all customers (as well as their customers and others accessing the ANS facilities on their behalf, and their property and equipment housed in the facilities) are afforded an equivalent level of protection and quality of service. In its underlying agreements, ANS asks all customers to abide by these Policies, and to ensure that their employees, agents, invitees and guests are familiar with and abide by them.

Facility Access List Form (Word)
In an effort to better service your account, ANS requires your current business contacts to be on file at all times. All updates to this list should be forwarded to our Sales Operations department at orders@anscorp.com. Use this form to request additional access cards, change PINs, and revoke access cards.
